Avatao is looking for an experienced product owner with deep tech background. Frontend skills are considered an advantage. The successful applicant will be responsible for the daily operation of the tech team and will work as an interpreter between the business and tech team.
What our new PO must be excellent at:
- 3+ years of PO experience
- Managed diverse teams
- Lead cultural change
- Has a hands-on attitude
- Is a born leader who can turn into a mediator
- Is pro at Scrum but also keeps in mind that Scrum is for us, not the other way around
- Critical thinking and problem solving is his bread and butter
The tasks of our new PO:
- Ensure the continuous communication between the tech, design and business team
- Manage the tech team's work
- Create, design and oversee the weekly sprints.
- Review and implement product roadmap
- Lead and mentor the tech team
